The front desk clerks were rude and completely unhelpful. The room was okay, beds were fine. Were across from a construction site which was loud and were not told of it prior. Telephone didn't work in the room which didn't matter because we had cell phones but when we tried to tell the front desk clerk he argued with us and told us it was working. I know when a phone isn't working. Got a lot of static when trying to get refunded for vending machine that took our money. It seemed to really bother the front desk to help us for that and everything. Felt like we were a burden the entire time we were there. Stay away from this hotel if you can!

Most of the services of the hotel were good. The room was nice. The first three days we were there the breakfast was very good. On the fourth day, they stopped serving biscuits and gravy. One of the elevators was not working , leaving only one for the guests and the help. Parking is limited, with room for only about half of the rooms. It was difficult to park a large vehicle in the parking space. Long term street parking is non existance. There was construction on a large building to the rear of the hotel, and they left lights on all night, which shone in the rooms at the rear of the hotel. Convient to downtown, and public transportation.

We traveled with 3 adults & 2 small children. When we arrived it was 6pm and almost 90º outside. After getting to our room we found the a/c was broken. That was unnaceptable and we went down to inform the front desk. The front desk clerk "David" upgraded us to King Suite for the night but told us we would have to move back to a 2 queen bedroom in 2 days. This was ok w/ and so we moved rooms. The King suite was perfect! Also, upon moving our stuff to the new room we found a previous comment card that noted the rooms a/c blew hot air. Later in the evening concerned w/ when we would have to move we went back down and spoke with David and he then told me that he went back into our old room and found that the a/c did indeed work. I told him that all of us tried to make it to work and nothing helped. He rolled his eyes at me and said, "Well, it worked for me." I then told him that either way, 45 minutes of trying to make the a/c work was unnaceptable. He then rolled his eyes at me again. He was quite rude.
The following day "Drew" told me we could stay in that suite for the rest of our trip cost free. Very nice! Besides David being rude, the other hotel staff was nice. The parking was pretty good and free! The breakfasts were nice - but get there early! And the location was great!

We booked 3 rooms in May for one night before a cruise to Alaska and stayed another night after the cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good and consisted of waffles, boiled eggs, sausage and gravy, biscuits, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, etc. The hotel is within walking distance of the Space Needle. There is a whole foods market one block away with a restaurant/deli. We loved our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again. We highly recommend it.

The room was large and clean. The location was great. I could walk to my meetings easily. Free palrking in the basement with elevator access to the hotel was very convenient. The staff was very accomodating. I left something in the fridge when I checked out and they retrieved it and saved it for me to pick-up. I will stay here again.
