The facility is extremely worn. While the room was clean it really needed attention. The patio door was kept closed with a wooden dowel - no lock. The television was small and old school; very small picture from the bed, so had to sit in the chair to watch it. We did not find the location very convenient and not near any restaurants. Being from out-of-state, late in the evening and unfamiliar with the area we were at a loss to find something to eat. The continental breakfast was just that - extremely basic and generic. Won't be staying in a La Quinta Inn in the future - lots of others to choose from.
