If you are on a budget and want a value in downtown Seattle this is a good one. On bus line or walking distance for energetic to many sites, with continental breakfast included. Clean rooms, friendly staff, no frills but good quality for the price in this area.

A nice, clean, private room to store my belongings and sleep in at night! Who wants to stay in a hotel room during the day, in Seattle? I had very little contact with the staff (because I was hardly there) but they were all nice and friendly.

This hotel was clean, neat, and comfortable. It is an older building that could eventually use some upgrades, but otherwise it was clean. The continental breakfast was a free for all on the day that I tried to eat it. Apparently there is one person who's job it is to set stuff out, and she wasnt there that morning. The hotel's policy is for guests to go accross the street to a sister hotel to eat. However, there were no signs or other direction to indicate this to us. Other than the breakfast, I was content, and feel that I got what I was expecting when I booked my stay.

I have stayed at worse places, but few and far between. Had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. It was not what i expected from their website. The site looks professional whereas the actual hotel was old and run down. The staff was friendly but not professional. I have worked in the hospitality industry and have stayed at many hotels. The interactions i had with the staff were not sincere. Will not stay here again.

Hotel is not new, but wellmaintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. continental breakfast was well done, although there could have been a bit more seating. Overall a good value and a decent place to stay.
