Beautiful Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great Location
We stayed here before and after an Alaskan Cruise that departed from Seattle. After a whole day of air travel we were happy to find kind and helpful staff. The hotel lobby is modern and everything looks new. On our first stay we were given a very nice corner room that had separate living and bedroom areas. It was like a small apartment and the views were breathtaking. On our second stay we were assigned a regular room that was spacious and comfortable. This is truly a five star hotel. The concierge was very helpful with tour information and nearby restaurants. It is within walking distance to Pike's Place Market and the monorail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle.
What a great time!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt. It was much better than the average reviews we read about it. The room was great, the beds were large and very comfortable and the bathroom was the best part! All marble with a jacuzzi tub...very nice. We even got to meet Ice Cube in the hotel's elevator! We were considering extending our stay but we could not afford it. The only negative aspect about the hotel itself is that the housekeeping staff were kind of bothersome. That's about it! All of the rest of the hotel staff were great and the hotel was in the perfect location for us, right in downtown Seattle.

We recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt for three nights with our young daughter. Check-in was quick and easy. We were pleasantly suprised to see that the portable crib I had requested before arriving was already set up when we reached our room. The Emerald Suite was beautiful and spacious with great views of the Space Needle and Pike's market. The location was great and easy to walk to several local sights despite the snow that continued to fall during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be centrally located in the downtown area. The only downside was Ruth Chris' being the only "restaurant" available within the hotel, but several other options were available near by. A Starbuck's is on site as well. We will stay here again!

From check-in to check-out, my experience at the Hyatt Seattle was all that I could have hoped for. The hotel has a top notch staff from the professional front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and is in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Finally, the bar at the hotel was wonderful with a good bartender and tasty apetizers.
