We stayed here is January 2009. The remodeled rooms are nice, clean, great hotel! The bed was comfortable, the couch and kitchen were clean. The only problem we had was parking. There was limited parking and it was full both Friday and Saturday nights. The spots are very narrow and most people took 2 spots to park their cars. One night I absolutely couldn't find any place to park so the front desk told me to park in the loading dock. The parking is an addiitonal $19 per night, so be forewarned. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfest is great.

We just returned from spending 3 nights at the Residence Inn Seattle. The location, service and hotel amenities were all excellent. The hotel is located very close to all downtown attractions. The suite we stayed in was very roomy with separate kitchen, living room and bedroom with a small balcony off the livingroom. There were 2 large flat screen TV's, 3 phones and a work desk with internet hookup. Our Black Lab loved this place and settled right in, the staff treated her like one of the guests. The morning hot breakfast was incredible with lots of selection and was complimentary. There is a good gym at the hotel with adjacent pool, juccuzi and sauna. Our suite overlooked Lake Union which was nice and there were several marinas across the street as well as a couple of good seafood resterants. Parking is a bit pricy but I hear that is the norm for downtown Seattle but it is secure and indoors. I really can't say enough about this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, felt right at home and can't wait to go back!
Excellent value

Stayed here as part of a flight+hotel deal, and value is excellent. Super clean, complimentary breakfast, quiet and - best of all - nonsmoking!
Only things I'd nit-pick about are: bed was too soft (but this is coming from someone who normally sleeps on a mattress pad on the floor); bedroom windows didn't open so it got a bit stuffy on the unusually warm weekend we were there; the closet door is of such a design (on a track, opens into an out-facing "V" shape) that half of the closet opening is always blocked.
I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a suite with our dog and just loved it. The staff was super friendly to both us and the dog. It's very clean and you get a huge room for not a lot of money. The bed is a little soft but that is the only complaint I have. Breakfast was incl. in our room price and it was great. I would for sure stay there at my next visit to Seattle.
