We decided to stay downtown even though it was more pricey.....it was worth it!!! This hotel was fabulous! It is a great value! They did not charge for parking and provided a FREE shuttle to downtown! The room was really nice, had a gas fireplace and everything, just like the pictures! The room was absolutely spotless and we enjoyed coffee and a complimentary breakfast on third floor overlooking Lake Union. We will definitely stay here next time!

courteous friendly staff, good central location, great continental breakfast, clean room ,well appointed. all in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay , would recommend this property.

Great room with good towels, good mattress and excellent housekeeping. Good complimentary breakfast buffet with healthy options. Wonderful heated indoor pool open 24 hrs. Shuttle service to Seattle sightseeing highlights. Excellent security. Excellent management and one of the best hotels we've encountered.

This is a great hotel with lots of amenities. A wonderful free breakfast, 2 pools and spas, exercise room and free use of computers, printers and copier made for an enjoyable visit. The staff was helpful and the free shuttle was an added bonus. Great room with fireplace and microwave (and a little bit of a view.) Several restaurants were within walking distance although most were quite expensive. Joey's was reasonable with nice views. Would stay there again.

A very good hotel just slightly below what one would expect at the highest cost five star hotels. It was clean, quiet and convenient to our activities. The staff was exceptionally helpful and couteous...and sincerely caring about our stay. It is well equiped and modern. We especially appreciated the customer lounge areas on each floor including continental breakfast as well as TV's, books , internet, fireplaces, and a tremendous view.
