IT WAS JUST OK...

The staff is very friendly, especially the waiters in the restarants. The biggest disappointment was the food selection and the drinks. We had a nice view of the city and the beach from our room and only had a few problems with the room. The air was not working properly, the remote control didn't work, the phone would not ring, and we had to call daily to get face towels. To some it up, it's a nice hotel with a few quirks as with any.

Front desk staff is NOT helpful at all. Room A/C in the old tower does not work properly! Over all, the service is really bad!

The servise from the door, to your room, to the pool to the Bar and Restaurant was great. People were as friendly as the climate. Highly recomend it to friends and family planning to visit Vallarta any time soon.

We stayed in the condomar; setting up in a common management agency World Vacations. The hotel room was awful; it was very humid around that time and air-conditioner barely worked; the table was broken, tiles were broken in the kitchenette. We upgraded rooms and ended up in a remodeled gem. They took out the sofa and put in tiles with a futon mattress. It was nice and clean with the ever beautiful view. It had a brand new kitchenette and excellent microwave.
