Excellent Honeymoon

As others have said in their review this is a excellent hotel for couples. My wife and I stayed here for 10 days this past June-July for our honeymoon. They upgraded us at no charge to the Master suite upon check-in. This "room" had both a Jacuzzi in the large balcony and inside the bathroom. The suite was very spacious. We did not sign up for the all-inclusive but did eat a few meals in the restaurant and ordered guacamole with drinks at the pool. All were very good. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance to the Melacon (Downtown) with numerous eating places and shops. The spa was very nice (a little over priced) but they were running spa specials so we felt it was worth it. The only negative was they were working on the rock wave breaker on the beach many days and was very noisy. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for couple who do not want kids all around the hotel and pool.
Can't wait to return!

Wow...Wow..Wow.... Everything about Villa Premiere was absolutly amazing. When we arrived..the champage and back massages were perfect....the entire staff was serving you hand and foot. We upgraded to the Honeymoon suite since the hotel was almost empty. Loved the room! We used the jacuzzi 2 out of the 4 nights....they set it up for you...with bubbles and rose petals. There were about 9 people in the hotel the entire time....which was perfect...like we had our own private resort to ourselves. We went on the Pirate ship the first night...quite a show...good place to drink it up! :) Out of 200 that fit on the ship...there were about 30 there...no crowding. 2nd day we went on our own private ATV tour through the mountains and to the tequilla factory...then back home to eat taco's. The taco stands are to die for...i'm craving more tacos! The 3rd day we went to the Marieta's Islands.... absolutley georgeous! A boat that held 150 - there we about 30 of us...again..great...no lines...sit where you want. We got to see a humpback whale and her calf...went snorkling and saw amazing fish and eels! Then they took us on a smaller boat out to the beach...none of the other couples opted to go...so we had our own private beach to ourselves! The guy came to pick us up and asked us if we wanted to hang out longer...he left and brought us a 40oz of Pacifico and then sped off again! The water was crystal clear and the sand was soft...there were caves to explore and little crabs running around on the rocks.
I hear the rainy season starts in June..so check the weather reports before you go this summer.
We'll be coming back to Villa Premiere next year!

We recently returned from a one-week vacation at the Villa Premiere. We couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone there was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We did not do the all-inclusive because we wanted to explore other restaurants in the area and that was a good decision. The only food we ordered on the premises were lunch items around the pool and a couple of breakfasts. Those meals were very good, so I'm sure their restaurants are very good. Our room was on the 6th floor. On our 2nd night, the people above us were very loud and kept us awake. We asked to be moved the following morning. After checking, they moved us from our deluxe room to a superior room on the 7th floor. Evidently, there had been some other complaints, too. We felt very satisfied with their response and the hotel was very quiet otherwise. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we were extremely happy with this property. If you want relaxation, as well as a beautiful room and great customer service, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Wasn't impressed

I agree that it was relaxing and a few minute drive to downtown but the other resorts that I saw when I was down there seemed so much better. The pool and hotel are very small and old looking. Restaurants in hotel are extremely slow and expensive.
The staff seemed so-so to me.
I don't understand the high rating everyone gives it.
Great service and very relaxing

This hotel offers so much to do and was very romantic for couples. I enjoyed my trip with my partner and noticed the hotel is very much gay friendly. Upscaled and very clean. If your looking for a place that is quite and no kids around this is the place to go and its very close to downtown where you can go out for dinners and shopping, nite life. Check it out!
