Just got back from Mexico and had the time of my life. We arrived in Puerto Vallarta April 21st and stayed at Hola for 2 nights all inclusive. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The wait staff at the restaurant were so nice and friendly and catered to our every need. We spent about 8 hours in the adult infinity pool the next day, and they brought us drinks pool side as soon as we would run out. Our room was on the 10th floor and we had a spectacular view. The rooms were very clean. The only disappointing thing is that we didn't stay at this resort longer....next time!

The Hola hotel was better than we expected. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay the best ever in Puerto Vallarta. The food was great. The maid service was very good. We would reccommend Hola to anyone.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!

My husband & I have stayed in many different places, but this is the worst place ever! Will never go back to this resort & maybe not PRV ever!!! The hotel is a 1 star at best. Food was not very good & no variety. 4 resturants with only two open at a time unless it rained then only 1 open. All buffets. I have been sick for 4 days with pain & diarrhea-probably food related. Resort caters to Mexican nationals. Pool consistantly full of kids with jacuzzi only adult area. 2 bars- 1 on beach closed at 5pm, 1 in lobby with only 4 barstools. No action/partying at all in resort. Only 1 CD of music played all day everyday-same songs for 1 week!!! Yuck!! Whole facility needs a makeover. Old out dated furniture in dis-repair. Only good thing about the resort was the staff. They were very nice. Management not so good!! Asked for a nicer room, they would move us for $100/day. Don't plan to call out of the hotel-- no long distace or "800" service available. We were stuck in a time warp!! Nightly entertainment was almost like watching an elementary school production. My husband and I are in our 40's and left our kids at home. This is not the place to go if you want a relaxing, sit by the pool with a cold drink in your hand place. It is full of kids, mexican nationals, and adults in "anything goes" pool attire. If you're looking for nothing to do, but hang around a pool full of kids, then this is your place!! Save your money & GO TO CANCUN or CABO!!!!!
