Thanksgiving in Chicago

My husband and I along with our two adult children and there dates stayed at this beautifull property over thanks giving holliday and I just have to tell you all that the staff here Is very polite and friendly and the hotel stayed busy which to me was a good sign. Jaymes the Concierge made our Thanks giving. He took care of all our needs 110% always smiling and professional. He was busy, at the Concierge desk and the front desk alot. but always had time for us which was great for me and others im sure.We Will be back for sure!!!

This was a getaway girls trip...so fun! The Hotel was a great location where you could walk to most destinations...Mag Mile, Navy Pier, Millenium Park. If you didn"t want to walk a taxi was always available to you as soon as you stepped outside. The concierge was very helpful and thanks to those COMFY beds we got a good night sleep to start each day!

We were very impressed! We got a great discount rate on this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is the best! Everyone was soooo nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back. The extras can add up but just use some common sense!

We changed rooms twice due to being able to smell smoke in a non-smoking room. Came back to a wet bed one evening! DISGUSTING! Staff was courteous, but there were several issues which really reflected my choice in not staying there again. VERY pricey for quality of rooms and food. Staff was very nice and helpful, most were actually Swiss! Food excellent, but NOT a good value. Misc charges on bill, come to find out fridge was 'sensor'-ed and when I put a sandwich in there, we were charged for items that were moved. Staff removed charges, but... very odd.

The parking is $45 per day! Don't forget to budget that into your stay. The breakfast buffet is $23, but delicious and worth it. The extra costs are out of control, and people need to be aware of it.
