A Delightful Stay

Everything about our stay at the Chicago Hyatt Regency was wonderful. We pulled our car up, had immediate help with luggage, turned our car over to the valet, and checked in -- all in a matter of less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed with our desk clerk. Our room was exceptional, very well appointed and spotless. (My wife did feel that the bathroom vanity was too high.) Check-out also was easy and did not take 5 minutes. All of the staff that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. We certainly will stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
It was a delightful experience, but with one caveat. I think the overnight parking is much too expensive. Forty-eight dollars ($48) seems excessive by about $18.

The Hotel was great, clean, they let us check in early and check out late, helped us store our luggage while taking in a play. Will stay here again. This was our second time staying here and we will stay here again - also great location to do some walking and shopping.

I thought the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The only drawback to us was (and not really a drawback to others) that our room was handicap equipped which we did not need, the sink was a pedestal and did not have any counter space for all the "toiletry" items. Otherwise a great choice!

The location is excellent,
the rate is attractive but . . . then the surprise
The valet parking is overpriced and not practical at all.
The internet is very expensive.
The breakfast is high priced (Same price and much better quality at the Ralph Lauren restaurant !!!)

Great Hotel, Great Location! We walked to many attractions. There are day passes for public transportation for sale at the hotel but they sell out quickly. The Art museum is free on thursday evenings. Friendly staff, helpful. Maids forgot to clean the room the last night but otherwise service was good. The AC in the room did not work but weather was good. Overall, a nice vacation.
