Conrad Hotel,Chicago

This was a great hotel. The location,accommodations,staff and the price were exceptional. I would go out of my way to return to this hotel. Beautiful appointments,cleanliness,location and the staff made this a wonderful experience.
Great trip-worth the little extra

The Conrad Hotel was pretty much everything we expected-FABULOUS. The room had by far the largest flat screen in it of any hotel room my husband and I had stayed in and the "little extras"-complimentary bottled water refreshed twice a day, pillow menu (which the cold/flu pillow was great for my husband?s slight cold), quality bath products, separate shower (large I might add) and tub (a little small)-all helped make the trip worthwhile! The only thing to watch out for is the mini bar. As with any mini bar-its expensive so we didn't use it BUT we did move some things around in it to accommodate some leftovers and didn't know the items were controlled by sensors. Once moved they automatically got charged to your room. It was all ok-the front desk removed them quickly upon checkout!
The Terrace Bar is a MUST for drinks and before dinner appetizers/snacks. The Sexxe Fries are quite yummy and there is a good portion of them as well.
All in all a great trip, good location-right around the corner from Billy Goat Tavern-GREAT cheeseburgers and next door to a slightly small but adequate shopping mall.

Stayed there with family. Upgraded to large, suite. Room was spacious and very well appointed.
Room service was quick and food was good.
Located within an elevator ride to Nordstroms and others shops, this is an awesome hotel for the "SHOPPER" who wants to spend the day on Michigan Ave.
Would absolutely stay here again~

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the pillow menu (nice touch), the complimentary Conrad Hotel bedroom shoes, bottled water, wireless internet. The only thing that disappointed was that we were under the impression that our bathroom had a tub and it didn't. Reception relayed that they are only availaible in the king bed rooms. Staff was nice and courteous. Hotel is right in the middle of everything so overall, we loved it.

Very friendly staff. We ordered a large room service order and it was prompt and hot. The tv had a poor picture and someone was sent immediately to repair it. The beds, pillows were awesome. I would definatley stay there again. The only down side was the $48 charge to have my car parked over night. But, now I know!
