Great Hotel but need to use vaccuum and dust

Quote: Need to do better job cleaning room. Thick Dust on lamps and under stands. Staff did not vaccuum rooms at during our stay they just carried them on carts think they were decorations.

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. We had a fabulous stay.

Quote: Great location for the parks and lakefront. We attended the St. Patricks Day parade downtown last year not realizing what a fun party atmoshere the hotel planned for it's guests in the bar area. That was a real bonus. The staff was very accomodating.
