mexica city

Overview

If you like history you´re in the right place. Mexican history has a lot to offer the astute student. México City has everything you need in way of Mexican and international food, museums, theaters, live entertainment, six flags, boardwalks, and night life. The places you need to visit are Zona Rosa, Zocalo, and Six Flags. See a soccer game in the Azteca Stadium, and go to the biggest Zoo in the city.

Quick Tips:

Best Way To Get Around:

The best way to get around is the subway. The subway takes you to all areas in the city without paying too much and faster. The subway takes you to the big areas like Zocalo (downtown), Zona rosa (restaurants, shopping and night life), Zoo and any other area you want to visit. If an area is not easily accessed by a subway, then a taxi or other public transportaion is available.

bellas artes

Activity

Bellas Artes is a historial palace where different types of activities runs out the whole year. This is the place where all type of famous people come to do opera, singers, dramas, dances, movies, etc. Also, the design of this building is so amazing. You can also fine a small museum about all the famous people that have visited Bellas Artes and shared their talent.

Bellas Artes is built with pure ´marmol´. This is the more expensive and heaviest material in the world, so this is the heaviest building in the whole world. And, because this building is so heavy, now you can see the building sinking. Now it's around 10 feet under ground. Bellas Artes is in the world record books too.

The shows that are in this area are so amazing and will make you feel special. Once you´re in there you´ll feel famous because everyone is equal. The people treat you like if they know you already. This is good!! Just remember if you like art this is the place where you don´t have to miss if you come to México City.

This museum is one of the best ones because you learn a lot and also about the amazing things you see. You´ll find yourself asking a lot of questions about them and about México. While you are in there you will see their food, clothes, arts, bodies, animals, and a lot of stuff they used to do. This will blow your mind.

But one of the amazing things is what different people have found about them. These pieces are worth a lot of money. There are pieces that you can not take a picture of because they are so old or they don´t want to see another copy made. They want those pieces to be unique. Of course you´ll also find small stores where you can buy a lot of things for yourself or friends.

Then after you finish seeing this place you need to go the downtown Zocalo so you can see another museum of the Templo Mayor. This is the temple of the Aztecs where they used to make sacrifies and where Spain came and conquered the Aztecs and destroyed their tamples.

Also, see one of the biggest churches that Spain built on top of one of the pyramid of the Aztecs. You got to go there!!!! This is not expensive either. It's only 45 pesos ($4.50) to 650 pesos ($6.50) to see the Templo Mayor--the church is free.

So, what do you say? Now is time for you to see it in person and not in books anymore. Do not miss it!! I know you´ll love it!!!!
