My experience with the hotel was very good, except my request to have packages of coffee and condiments in the room were never honored. Service at the downstair restaurant depended on the server. Better service during the week versus the weekend. Rooms were clean.

Hotel was in a great location and beautiful. The rooftop pool area was really well done and comfortable. Hot tub wasn't open during our visit, no problem for us. The Piano from the Mezzanine was loud till 11 PM. Were on the 12th floor and it sounded like it was outside our door. We did , however, get used to it. Staff was friendly but very little English spoken. A Tourist office is located in the Lobby plus a Business area with Receptionist. We were supplied with Bottled Water. The bed was hard, but again, got used to it. Overall the room was very comfortable with a good chair and ottoman plus a table with chair.
Pretty good bang for the buck

Positives: The hotel was one of the main drags in D.F. It was super super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most seemed to have limited english, although I'm not totally sure since I speak spanish. Everyday they give you fresh towels, soaps and super important 2 bottles of water!!! Also the lady who cleaned our room would usually stop by when we came in from our sightseeing, etc to make sure we had everything we needed. The "casual" restaurant in the hotel Los Naranjos was tasty, but way overpriced for what you can get if you venture out into the neighborhood. In all fairness it was about the price of a casual meal in the states.
Negatives: The bed and pillows were not so confy. It was beyond firm, it was stiff. It made it difficult for me to sleep peacefully. Also we had a room in the main hall (which is open looking down to the atrium "piano bar") and you can hear the piano in your room until the bar closes around 1. It's not loud, and we didn't have trouble sleeping as a result, but you can hear it and this may be a problem for light sleepers. You should request a room off the main hallway when you get there.
Overall I think this was a good deal. If the beds had been better I would have been overjoyed...even with the piano soundtrack at night.
The staff was the very friendly and there for us.

So Convenient to soo many atrractions. The Ballet of Fine Arts Center was just a few blocks away and the Presidential Palace was just a few blocks from there. The Museum of Natrual History, Modern Art & Zoo was just a short cab ride away. It was incredibly clean and again the staff was the best. I've been to serveral hotels, resorts and spas and was still impressed with the attentiveness we were given. The staff made sure we knew how much our cab rides would be so we wouldn't be taken advantage of. Told us about diffent things to see and do and about the different tours you could take too. I cannot say enough about the staff. The only bad thing I have to say is about the beds. Hard to say the least, and short (my husbands 6'4" and his feet hung off the bed). But we slept Ok. Didn't lose any sleep. We will most likely stay there when we go next time. If they get longer beds we will definetly stay there:-))

My wife and I had a great time the hotel was very nice. its just like the pics. the staff were great. my wife is hispanic so she is fluent in espaniol. i sugest to anyone before you go you must know some spanish!!!! or go with someone who speeks fluent.not very many people speek english there We paid a lady from the airport cab company 2000 pesos a little less than 200 dollars to drive us around mexico city for 12 hrs when i say 12hrs i mean 12 hrs she drove us everywhere markets, pyramids, museums, everywhere you would want to see in the mexico city area. it was beautiful
. the hotel cabs are expensive dont use them its a waste of cash
the sevilla palace has the best buffet i have had ever it was mexican food of course.
