overall ok, but not first choice

two main issues: -internet service is unreliable and does not work in some parts of the hotel. Staff was helpful, but resources are limited. -no emergency exits or signs in case of earthquake- serious issues with safety

Hotel was in a great location and beautiful. The rooftop pool area was really well done and comfortable. Hot tub wasn't open during our visit, no problem for us. The Piano from the Mezzanine was loud till 11 PM. Were on the 12th floor and it sounded ...Read more
