- In summer, Helsinki never gets completely dark; it is not uncommon for tourists to take the ferry to Suomenlinna fortress at midnight or to attend a night festival in an outdoor theatre. Besides being a city of leisure, Helsinki is also the centre of cultural and business life.

- Don`t think of not reading this just because it`s about a museum. In Arppeanum you`ll find a little bit of everything and the entrance isn`t expensive at all. Even the building itself is very interesting.

- It's a long fight from Minnesota, but it's well worth the trip. In March it was rainy, but we rented a car. Once you got out of the city, there was hardly any traffic at all. We went from Helsinki to Turku.
