- Winnipeg was the start/end point for my Churchill Nature Tours' polar bear adventure. With a day on each end of that grand adventure, the question was "What is there to see or do here in Winnipeg?"

- For a small frontier town, there is a lot of opportunity to learn about the history, people and wildlife of Churchill. This journal contains reviews of many of the activities I enjoyed during my four day adventure with Churchill Nature Tours.

- Churchill, Manitoba is known as the Polar Bear Capital of the World, being the most accessible way to see polar bears in the wild. After months of researching and planning, I ventured far into Canada to experience them in their natural habitat.

- It's an oasis of trees, lakes, and high ground amidst the vast prairies. This national park is a wonderful place to get away, with a wide variety of things to do. Each time I visit I plan to update this journal and add more entries.
