The hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We walked most places. It is very close to some very good restaurants, central park, times square, etc. Our room was facing the back of the hotel so we did not hear any noise from the street. It was spacious and well decorated. The breakfast provided was very complete and some items changed everyday, such as eggs one day and pancakes the next. The hotel had a conciege to help with tickets, maps, etc.

For our major family trip to New York, we insisted on a clean neat hotel within close proximity to the action. This hotel meet that criteria. The room was clean and tidy. Reception/staff were very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast, while not "tiffany's", filled the gap with plenty of fruit, toast, cereals and juices. The hotel has nice personal touches such as freshly baked cookies M-F around 3pm, free breakfast packs for breaky on the run, self-serve hot chocolate/tea/coffee
While a little pricey, i really recommend this hotel

Estuve con mi esposa y mi hijo de 10 a?os 6 dias y el hotel supero nuestras espectativas. La atencion del personal es excelente son superatentos y amables. El desayuno merece mencionarlo muy variado, abundante y surtido, todos los dias varian el menu, y si no dispone de tiempo en la recepcion puede llevarse una boslsita con un desyuno ligero. Cada vez que le provoque comer una manzana o tomarse un cafe en el lobby lo tiene disponible 24 horas. En las tardes al regresar de caminar puede saborear unas ricas galletas. La habitacion es de primera muy bien decorada tuve la suerte de tener vista a la 8va. Avenida. La cama es supercomoda despues de las caminatas acostarse en esta cama lo hace reponerse. Tiene una ubicacion inmejorable cerca de times square y rodeado de teatros y restaurantes el proximo a?o regreso a new york y estare de nuevo en este hotel.

This was our second visit to this hotel and it is a great location in NYC-within walking distance of alot of attractions. Great service, rooms, etc...Our only disappointment was finding out we would not receive any perk points for our trip since we paid thru Travelocity. So despite our satisfaction with the trip, we wouldn't book flights & hotel together in the future.

My teen age granddaughter and I were in NY to see some plays and do some sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location - easy walking distance to theatres, times square, restaurants and shopping.. The "hop on - hop off" bus stop was a couple of blocks from the hotel. Our toom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fact that breakfast was included was a definite plus. Having free coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day was a nice feature.
