Trip with adult daughter and 15 year old granddaughter

Our trip to NYC to celebrate birthdays was (overall) marvelous! The location of the hotel could not have been better! It was delightfully close to the theatre section. Since we primarily go to see broadway shows, this was perfect for us. It's convenient to almost everything. It is walking distance to Central Park and most of the museums but wear comfortable shoes. If you're not a "walker" you can take the subway or a cab, but cabs are pricey. The free breakfast is great, and you can even get it "to go!! -- We were booked for a room with a sleeper sofa and a king size bed but we got a room with a king size bed and a chair which was obviously not acceptable. They said all that was available. I then called the travel agency and they in turn called the hotel. When still nothing was done, so we went to the desk and asked to see the Manager, and guess what... amazingly they had a room with a sofabed and a king size bed. We never got to see the manager... The room was large and we had an amazing view. The hotel always has a large bowl of apples or cookies in the lobby for a snack and coffee is always available. There are two computers downstairs to use free of charge.

Very Impressed with our week stay.

Total experience was wonderful. Saved a ton on Breakfast with the wonderful continental breakfast they offer daily. Everyone was very friendly & very helpful. They also have wonderful mid day cookies & apples for a great snack. It was within walking distance to time square & everything else a person should need was rite there. Good eating places near & subway right across the street. Total experience in New York was great. Couldn't ask for a better place for location & price. Enjoyed & would highly recommend to anyone.

First trip to New York and very pleased with my stay here. Very close to Times Square. Probably the best parts were hot breakfast and large, comfortable rooms. The employees were very friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is 3 blocks from the heart of Time Square. It is also 1 block from major stops for the City Sights and Greyline Bus tours. The breakfast is perfect for getting things started in the morning. Sure it is busy, but heck, IT IS FREE! We never heard a car honk or any noise of any kind in our room. We were in the rooms right by the elevators and so we heard the elevator. BUT we were so exhausted each night we all collapsed and feel immediately asleep. The staff are wonderfully helpful and very nice. When we return to NYC, we WILL stay at this hotel!

Our stay was wonderful!! We did not realize how close we were to everything involving the action of New York until we stepped outside. We saved so much cab fare staying so close. The hotel was so clean and we enjoyed the breakfast everyday. We would load up on food in the morning and head out for the day. The hotel was so close, we could return to the hotel for a break before we headed out again. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a great place to stay.
