Today I added a review to my journal: "The heart of Spain throbs with song and dance".
But as soon as I submitted my new review (Madrid's Museo de Pintura), my former entry (Madrid: my first impressions - Part 2) disappeared from the journal and was instantly replaced by the same review I added today. The attached photos still remained.
I tried in vain to retrieve the entry. I have no copy and so I am asking the staff at IgoUgo to explain why this has happened and whether it is possible to get my writing back in place.

I'm currently seeing the review "Madrid's Museo de Pintura". Please go ahead and email IgoUgo.Support@igougo.com and try to describe at what point your review was lost. I'm so sorry for the glitches. Look forward to helping you.

I have succeeded to find a copy of the lost story in my computer and so I have replaced what went wrong with my original writing. Now everything seems to have gone back to normal, although some computer glitches are still on (e.g. to edit reviews, I have to try and retry several times before the edit page appears; stars that usually accompany a review are appearing as well at the end of a story/tip).
Anyway, let's hope for the best. A great thanks to you and all the staff at IgoUgo.

I am so sorry for all these complications- I can assure you things are on the up and up- and we're just experiencing growing pains that come with switching our site over to a cloud, redesign, etc. We greatly appreciate you guys sticking with us and promise none of this is going unnoticed. Again- if there's a specific story/problem that keeps happening please let us know- I promise we're working it! :-)
