Quote: Within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions and the rooms are spacious. I felt that the staff was less than helpful. A thumbs down at the concierge and business center. The only helpful ones here were at the front desk and the bellmen!

Quote: This is in the ideal location in Manhattan. Only a short walk to Broadway, Times Square, and other hot spots.

Staff was fantastic! Courteous and quick to respond to any need but hotel was very pricey.
