Price was right, treated like royalty!

Recently stayed one night for my wifes birthday. Every person we came in contact from the doorman to the maid was courteous and helpful. Room was clean, we were allowed an early check-in and room was quiet and spotless. Self check-in/check out was a breeze! Good location by Grand central and room looked directly at the Chrysler building. Only minor issue was the hotel Shampoo smelled odd, but we always have our own in case. Also was quoted higher price by travelocity as special offer rooms were gone but was only charged special rate upon check out! Awesome!

Perfect location for seeing NYC. Convient for walking or train and bus transportation. All personel from room service to Concierge were friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel in a great location. It was very clean. The staff was great. They let us check in early (10am) and check out late. The maids cleaned our room every morning while we were out and did a tremendous job. We have no complaints and would stay again! Also the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are clean but very small. Not really meant for a family to share.
However, don't eat there. The food is so over priced!!! Our breakfast on Christmas morning for 4 people was 140.00. I have never felt so ripped off!!!!!
There are so many other places to eat in the area that are good.
The hotel is located in a great area. Walking distance to everything!!!!
