The room was very nice but pricey. I will not pay this much again. Kids running around like they have never been in public before. $30 per night for parking on site or $20. to be shuttled several blocks away with all your stuff. Pain. There are about 7 different taxes that are added to your room rate. The chlorine level in the pool burned my eyes just being in the rook. There are two restaurants in the hotel both are VERY PRICEY! Dinner for three at the KEG $158. dollars with NO Alcohol. Bring your wallet!!!

The girls at the desk were friendly & helpful. We paid extra for a fallsview and were really on the outer edge, that only after calling about the smoking stink in our first placement, then the room was not very clean.A dried up drink napkin was left on the small table near the window. The breakfast was eatable, the mangarers drinks were ok, We have stayed at better places!!!

Great value for the money. Fantastic breakfast included, as well as an evening cocktail hour. Location on the falls was unmatched.

Wonderful trip - ordered the room facing the Canadian Falls - nice room but had an opportunity to upgrade to a room viewing both American and Canadian Falls w/ a Jacuzzi in the room. Although - the orginal room was nice and the view was good - the upgraded room had a awesome view of both falls and the whirlpool tub was great (well worth the $25 upgrade/night). We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the Manager's daily cocktail /snack time was nice. We also utilized the pool and hot tubs and found the use of the internet convenient. We also took the Embassy City Tour of Niagara Falls - which was well worth it - had a fantastic time & it was a great way to see all the sites. I would not hesitate to stay at the Embassy Suites again.

Most enjoyable hotel experience for adults and kids

The hotel experience was great. The staff were friendly and was very accomodating. The view of the fall from the hotel room was spectacular. Even the kids enjoyed their stay and enjoyed the view, they didn't want to leave. I would rate this hotel experience as one of the best I've ever had. My previous experience at another stay was so horrible, I promised myself that I would never go to the falls again. But this vacation has changed my mind and I can't wait to go back.
