Room was big and romantic. Whirlpool tub enjoyable and the shower was nice too. Bed was very firm and not too comfortable for me personally, but that hardly mattered. Breakfast in bed was a nice touch and very relaxing.
My wife and I spent three lovely days in Niagara Falls and the Sterling Inn was the perfect place for us to begin and end each day of exploring.

I would definitely stay again. The rooms are large. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and you can choose the time of delivery. I liked the location. Very quiet.

I don't normally give out 5's, but I can honestly say they met and exceeded our expectations in all rating areas. If you don't care about a view, this is the place for you! Take your bike...it's a great way to get around in Niagara Falls.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was contemporary, clean, and breakfast in bed started everyday off on a good note. The staff were friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We didn't want to stay in a chain high rise on the Falls so we chose the renovated milk processing factory. Other than the milk bottle shaped structure on the front of the building, there is no evidence of what it once was. The hotel was beautiful ...Read more

My boyfriend says the hotel was the best part of our vacation! The room was huge and luxurious and the breakfast topped it all off. It isn't in the best looking part of town, but it is a block from the river and other attractions. Another great ...Read more

First thing to know, check in time is 4pm!!!!! We were astonished. Had booked a spa appointment for 2:30 and were told to just drop the bags at the desk to go to the spa. When we were totally shocked at check in time the staff were quite rude. the ...Read more
