The hotel was very nice--staff was accomodating. The parking lot situation seems a bit petty to me--they charge $10 Canadian per day to park in their own lot! The front desk did provide free shuttle passes to the casiono, which would have been $9 Canadian per run otherwise. Our package included breakfast buffet, which was good, but the same each day--no variety (obnly scrambled eggs, for instance), but the food did the job.
Many attractions were within easy walking distance; there is a small coonvenience store not far from the hotel, which is good to know if you want some soda---the hotel machines were either out of order; and they only took loonies, which are hard to come by if you are not inclined to change a large amount of cash from US to Canadian. It is easier to pay at most places with a credit card anyway---loess confusion over the tax situation.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping had a cheerful greeting and smile anytime we encountered them. We left our car at the hotel and walked most of the time. The bed was comfortable and we liked the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room, good location especially for families who enjoy the "carnival-type" attractions on the walk down to the falls. We stayed in many hotels on this trip but this hotel had the absolute best breakfast! Will recommend it to anyone traveling to Niagara. It is about a mile walk from the hotel to and down the sidewalk for a full view of both the American and Canadian falls. You might want to drive it is hot. Our kids really liked the pool too.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious. The falls were about a 10-15 min walk, not a block like they advertised. I would recommed this hotel. We got a great price through a online travel website.

Hotel was excellent!! room was very clean and by far one of the biggest rooms ive ever stayed in. I wanted to take the bed home with me but i couldnt fit it in the elevator. Staff was great and very polite. I went on a gambling trip with 3 friends and the staff even went so far to help pull off a practical joke on one of my buddies. I couldnt ask for a nicer place and if you ask me....the room price was too low!
