Best Hotel in Town

Quote: I stayed here a wk ago, this hotel is very clean very comfortable beds and the best location you could ask for, it has all the amenities you will need including coffee/tea, its walking distance to everything, attached to the Niagara casino, the desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating, the price is amazing, you do pay for parking except I got the casino players card and parked for free, the best view of the falls.

Very nice stay on Thanksgiving

Quote: We traveled to Niagara Falls to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Thanksgiving. Everything went very well. The price was very reasonable and we got a room with a view of Niagara Falls....it was very pleasant. The personnel at the front desk for both check-in and check-out were very pleasant. No complaints....we would stay there again.

Excellent suite

Quote: we were upgraded to a suite for a very reasonable price. WE like this suite better than the last one we got because it got view of the Falls and the carpet is cleaner.

Mediocre at best

Quote: Aside from charging fees for internet...food in the Rainbow Room restaurant was extremely poor we had the breakfast buffet and complained directly to the manager of the restaurant about the cold food, hard home fries, burnt oatmeal, dry, hard and cold french toast etc.. nothing was done.. when complained to front desk on checkout about a $44 breakfast that was inedible ..nothing was done.. not enough creamer and sugars etc for more than 1 cup of coffee... had to run back and forth to get the free parking... so bottom line could have had free internet...free parking ... palatable food etc etc for about half the price and none of the hassle...

Not a great place to stay

Quote: When we arrived at 7PM our room was not ready and we ended up standing around in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for housekeeping to prepare our room. The front desk staff was not very helpful and acted as though having us wait for our room was a standard procedure despite the fact that check-in is at 3PM. The rooms are incredibly small, although they did have a nice view of the American Falls. The beds were rather uncomfortable but the bedding was clean and the bathroom appeared to have been recently updated. The restaraunt, which we had dinner at the night of our arrival, had decent food at moderate prices and a nice view but the service was awful. We waited 10 minutes before our server stopped setting the tables next to us to even take... Read More

Quote: I gave 5 stars on everything. Some says it's not clean but I think this is super for a very beautiful historical hotel. They were also remodeling while we stayed, May 08. It should be even better after all the upgrade. One small window, but I can see both falls just fine. Staffs are super friendly, fast and helpful. Convenient location. We will come back again!!

Decent Stay at the Brock

Quote: Just there for two nights. The room was TINY, but it didn't really matter... hardly spent any time there. Within walking distance to anything, casino is super close (through the walkway), couldnt ask for more! Sure it is old and the rooms are small, but the location is perfect and the prices are extremely reasonable! I would definitely recommend staying here!
