I am sure I'm still waiting for my wake up calls...my bathroom grout had mold and mildew growing on it. One of the front desk employees acted completely aloof, another was bullish and didn't seem to want to take time to explain their phone cards or give directions. Our reservations were not recorded correctly, so some of us had to move from room to room on a nightly basis, and even the corrections were not recorded properly-and the attitude was 'too bad for you". The facility has no frills, no concierge service, and for the money, it could not have been less impressive.

The location was excellent, very clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

After contacting frontdesk three times to inform them a package was arriving for me (and they telling me they would receive it for sure), they refused to receive it. I went to the manager office to complain about it. I was in such a good mood, all I wanted was a sincere apology. The clerks and manager were as rude as it gets. The manager refused to talk to me, yelled at me and ended up showing me door!!

We stay here about once a month- have to book early, though- it fills up quickly. Rooms are various sizes- some are quite small, but we have always found them clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly & helpful- and the location (for theater buffs) is terrific!

Conveniently located to all the action, Radio City Apartments is the best value in NYC.
