My family really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and there were many amenities. The price was somewhat expensive when compared to other hotels close by, but the location was worth the price. We are planning to return in December and will stay at the same hotel.

We stayed for the weekend and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Excellent location , in the middle of Times Square, centrally located to all major areas of New York City. Starbucks in the hotel, we were happy! Excellent staff, clean room, excellent room service, comfortable beds, everything was wonderful. I especially like the hotel security after hours, it made our family feel safe.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms spacious and room service fast. Would recomend to the shoppers vacationing, location is wonderful .

The hotel could not have been better in any way. Check in was quick, with extremely polite staff.
Our room was spacious and very clean. We had our two teenagers with us in the room and there was plenty of space for all of us and our belongings .
The lounge and suhi bar area were stunning to look at as well as enjoyable to utilize. The View restaurant was nice for dinner. Fixed price meal, great service, and relaxing as they did not try to rush us through dinner and out of our table.
The location can not be beat. Times square, broadway shows, easy access to anything you could need.
We will stay there again next tme we are in NYC>
