great vacation

I highly recommend Secrets, the hotel grounds, beach and pools are beautiful. The rooms need some improvement but how much time does one actually spend in their room when they are visiting such a beautiful island! The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. Don't believe the negative comments you read. I am probably the most picky person ever and I was very satisfied with everything.

Food is below average, beach and hotel are very nice. We had our wallet stolen from our room and the management was discourteous unwilling to help in the matter. Would not come back.
Gorgeous Hotel

If you want some RR then this is the place for you. Hotel facility is gorgeous and the entertainment staff is fantastic always making sure that your having fun. If you are looking for sight seeing and going to places out of the resort then i wouldnt recommend it because this resort is far from everything and you are limited to places to visit. From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep there's always someone walking around serving drinks.

Overall we had a great time the staff was fantastic. Entertainment was great. You will not go hungry but the food could be better. Cocunut drink is a must. Be prepared for a 1hr drive from airport to hotel.
Great Anniversary Getaway

This was by far the best vacation my husband and I have taken. The food was great, wonderful service, gorgeous beach, huge pool, entertaining evening shows, but tiny casino. Our room was Garden View, less expensive, but not skimpy on ambiance. We were treated like we were on our honeymoon: nightly turndown service, stocked minifridge & 24 hour room service (included), hybiscus flowers in our jacuzzi. Staff eager to please & drinks well made ('strong' if you asked). I highly recommend drinking a coco-loco or Sami Sosa. We would definately return
