My recent stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations club in Orlando was very pleasant. I enjoyed the hotel very much. My room was all I expecetd and the staff was friendly and efficient. The club offered a variety of activities and security on the grounds was always visible. I would without doubt, stay here again.

The pool was huge and amazing, The room was very clean and spacious, most comfortable bed at any hotel we had ever stayed in, The property was so large and nice that we wished we had booked more than one night there. Every building has its own water fountain at the entrance and the staff was very friendly. No complaints here.

We where completely satisfied with our stay at the Hilton,great people,service and pool. Will come back next time we are in Orlando.

Unfortunately we have two negatives to report from our weekend stay 1/23-1/25/09. 1st House keeping never got to our room; After a long day out we came home to dirty towels and an unclean room "Not good" 2nd If you are out past 10pm you're probably not going to find parking any where near your building. Parking it's however available over by the check in office but depending of where you are staying this can be a long walk as this is a rather large complex. Other than that we had a wonderful weekend in Orlando,FL

Overall the room was very nice and nicely decorated. There was a kitchenette with dishes, microwave, dishwasher, refrig/freezer available for use. The bed was VERY comfortable. The shower was marginal as the shower head was not working properly. The view overlooking the lake was nice. The resort pool was great, but too cold to swim in. The only drawback is that this is a timeshare resort so its geared more towards families in more "condo" style accomodations. There is no real hotel restaurant, and the "market" was somewhat questionable. It's a big property and walking too and from can be lengthy. The hotel does provide shuttle service anywhere on the property. Staff was outstanding from the guy who fixed my sliding glass door to the bell service. The concierge staff was the only thing I'd give a marginal rating too. Overall, I'd recommend staying here. It was a beautiful property and conveniently close to everything w/o being right in the mix of International Drive chaos.
