We chose this hotel as a last minute option! It had great reviews and was close to where we were heading. The staff was absolutely wonderful, charming and helpful. The hotel itself was incredible for the price. Myself, my boyfriend, and another couple stayed in the king suite. 24 hour Walgreens is great to fill the fridge so no need to spend $$ for restaurants. Very clean, roomy, quiet. Check out is early however, and at 10:01 room service is knocking. Parking wasn't bad either. Many activities for the boys, aswell as the ladies :) looking forward to staying again! Only complaint is the "continental breakfast" was not free.. and they didn't have breakfast tea. But hey.. Dennys wasnt far away. Atleast we know for next time! Ooh, and the whirlpool tub is fantastic!

Overall, I enjoyed my hotel stay. The bed was perfect, because it was like sleeping on a soft cloud. The bedding is all white and very clean. As a matter of fact, the entire room was clean. Everything looked brand new in my building. (I stayed in Villa/Building #7) The front desk even took the initiative to ensure that I was comfortable. They actually called me 3 times to ask me if I needed anything. There were only a few issues worth noting. The walls are very thin, so bring earplugs. I could hear everything in the room beside me. The other issue is parking. If you return late at night, then you may not have a parking space near your building. Also, housekeeping does not automatically clean your room everyday. You have to request their service sometimes. If you enjoy a beautiful lakeside view and cleanliness more than a quiet room with guaranteed parking, then HGVC is for you!

i would just like to say that this is the most amazing hotel. it is beautiful with a very nice pool. the staff was very friendly and helpful and they had vey hott guys working there ; ) i would definitely come back here, in fact when i got home i began looking for another package. it is the perfect hotel- pretty, clean, good staff, close to everything... i recommend stayiing here it is worth every penny. the pool was gorgeous it was huge...who needs the beach with that pool? basically it was a dream come true!!!!!!

This hotel was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk was extremely friendly as well as helpful. The rooms were beyond our expectations, clean and roomy. The suite also had a screened in balcony which was a wonderful surpirse. There were two pools, both of which were clean and well serviced. They also provided pool towels which was a treat. The staff especially was amazing in all aspects, from cleaning to food, to ideas for actvities. I would definalty stay with this resort again in the future............

Stayed here with family including a young child. Resort was BEAUTIFUL!! Only stayed one night because we flew into to Orlando and traveled to a resort in Daytona Beach for the remainder of the trip. We were sad we couldn't have spent our entire trip here. The price was very cheap for what you get. The rooms were clean. The grounds were well kept. There was a lot to do. Very close to Sea World,you could walk. It had a mini mart with grocery items. Had a Pizza Hut express on grounds along with other dining options. You truly would not have to leave. Felt very safe with a child, resort has a guard shack. Only possibly downside would be the size of room. We had a studio which was fine for a one day but would have been very cramped for a longer stay. Although, with this resort you would not be in the room much anyway.
