We stayed here 3 nights and then returned after a few days in Tampa for 3 more nights. This was the best place we stayed in Florida. Very nice rooms, wonderful hot breakfast buffet, great staff at a very reasonable price.

The only drawback was the room location. We were on the ground level with cars parked outside our window. Although the entry to the room was in the interior.I prefer only interior rooms and parking spaces away from rooms. The room also was the first room at the exits/entry door to the hallway. I like this place but will have to check on room location next time before booking.

Overall, this is a great place to stay - beds are very comfortable, breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean. My only complaint from this trip is that housekeeping didn't replenish any supplies such as coffee, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent. Also, they did not change the sheets at all during our 4 night stay. Hotel policy is that they will change sheets after 3 nights unless the guest specifically requests sooner. My son spilled some soda on the sheets & I requested that the housekeeping staff change the sheets after the 2nd night. This wasn't done & they obviously didn't follow their own policy.

We had the family suite and it was just great. There was a separate "bedroom" for the kids, where there were 2 small twin beds and the kids even had their own TV. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Lots to choose from and everything was so fresh. The kitchen was well outfitted, as they are in all Residence Inns. This property has been recently remodeled and everything was spotless. There was a standard swimming pool and outdoor spa, and a small, shallow pool just for toddlers. My kids thought they were in heaven. Close to Disney property, but still a little bit of a drive to Magic Kingdom, but that is to be expected in the area. They do have a complimentary shuttle to Disney, but at the time we stayed there, it only made about 3 runs over to Disney, and 3 returns in the afternoon/evening. Wasn't a big deal for us to drive our car over there.

We ended up staying at the Residence Inn and were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The rooms were nicely maintained and the free breakfast was extensive. Only complaint is that the beds were too soft for my taste, but might be just what someone else would like. I would definitely return to this hotel for any future trips to Orlando!
