Unbelievably massive hotel. Everything was spotless and we didn't have to wait at anytime for anything whether it was at a restaurant, concierge, or retail store. Very well run. Only complaint....whatever air freshner they use is very strong and you can begin smelling it before you even enter the building. They may use this to mask the heavy smoke in the casino area. I didn't notice this with any other of the hotels we visited. Bottom line, I could still smell it from my purse the next day when we got home. Also, while the rooms are very nice and I'm sure a romantic, old world atmosphere is what is intended, I'm kind of thinking that crushed velvet couches are pretty much a thing of the past, and there isn't sufficient lighting to apply makeup. A little too dim overall for my taste. Other than that, It's super!!!

The Hotel was very clean and had a nice clean smell through out the building. The room was nicely set up. We did not use the pool but it looked like there were a lot of chairs around to be able to sit down. It is a huge place and you could stay busy there without every leaving. The security to get to the rooms was a nice feature and made you feel safer that nobody could get into your room area. Very nice place to stay would go back.

Everything was awesome except for room service. Long wait for simple food and it was cold when it finally arrived. After 1 1/2 hours. This was the only drawback.

Great hotel, lot's to see & do, the rooms are unbelievable!!, we never wanted to leave it. We saw a great show, Phantom of the Opera, with great seats, will return this summer.
