REDICULIOUS LACK OF SERVICE

Their rooms weren't ready at 4PM. Bath towel was already wet when we went into room. Maybe housekeeping quit that day.

Expensive but good location in theater district. Will allow 4 people in one room. Small rooms; old wiring. Slow service, even slower elevators.
