This was my 1st visit to NYC. The location, rooms, staff, and dining were GREAT. Walking distance to most of major sights. I loved NYC! I will be back!

The location of this hotel is superb. SO close to MOMA and within easy walks of TimesSquare, Theatre, etc. Rating points are pretty much just for location: service was NOT good (we waited in line forever to check in) and they seem to nickel and dime you for everything to make up for OK rates by NYC standards. Stay here if you don't plan to spend much time in the room, but elsewhere if you want good service or nice rooms and restaurants (I'd go for the Waldolf or something similar instead).

I will book my next trip with the Hilton. I receive great customer service. Everyone at the front desk was so professional and kind. overall I enjoy my stay with you

Great location! Be sure to get a map at the desk, it is a MUST when seeing the sights.Beds are AWESOME! of course exhaustion plays a part too :-) Truly a city that never sleeps, full of excitment at any time of the day or night.Concierge very helpful, and have printed instructions on how to get certain places.. a great help! Would stay there again.
