there were no ice machines near our room and when we called room services, we were told we would have to get our own. there were only 2 locations for ice within all the buildings and no ice buckets provided.

Very nice clean hotel with lots of thing to do on the grounds and the activities room. It's out from the main area a little ways but not to far. Two complaints, the windows had blinds but no curtains and with the front of the hotel lighted so well, nice for security and safety, it kept the room to bright for sleeping. The other complaint was the noise coming through the walls from your neighbor.

We have stayed here a number of times. We have had nice, clean rooms with a lot of space. Our kids enjoyed the miniature golf course, on site. More room, for the money, than others we have stayed in in the Branson area. We did the time share tour, once, wouldn NOT do that again!

First night changed rooms, then new room had maint. twice - toilet making noise then no hot water. Breaker was tripping - we had to flip the breaker our whole stay in order to have hot water. Next day started dishwasher and it dumped water all over the floor. Carpet was filthy and had ants in bathroom. Other family traveling with us wouldn't even stay one nigh their room was so bad. Checked out two days early - hassle to get money back for those days. Manager not apologetic.

Our room was filled with ants. Called and nothing was done.Left for the day came back and the plumbing was clogged.It was a nightmare. Wanted a refund. Never Happened. DO NOT STAY HERE. The clerk said on the way out. The place must have been built on a ant hill...
