Great Place 5 Stars!!!

we loved this place! I was a little hesitant to exchange here but we will definately be going back to this place! they let us exchange for a cabin instead of where we were booked! we loved it and it was very big and had vaulted ceilings!
there service was excellent! they have things to do all day long! crafts you can make for a small fee to cover the cost of the things you make.
they have singers from branson that intertain several nights of the week! a buffet breakfast every morning for a small fee.
they also had a free wine and cheese tasting one night!
if you ask for something to be brought to the room (toilet paper, shamoo,ect.) they are very speedy!
they even have a mid week cleaning and bring new towels,shampoo, soap, all at no fee unless you are staying less than a week. I was very impressed with everything!!!!!!!!
the only thing I didn't like was that they charge for internet service. I have never stayed anywhere before that charged.
the grounds were beautiful and very well maintained! they have a nice indoor pool, and 2 outdoors!
simply put loved it!!!

Everyone was friendly! This place is super clean, well kept! Great play area for the kids, pool is nice! We had a great experience overall and would recommend to anyone. (However, would not recommend the pizza here!)

We purchased a vacation last summer to use this summer after touring the resort property. Now when attempting to schedule our vacation and make upgrades.We feel like everytime we talk to someone we are told something very different from what we were told at the time of purchase..We are very disapointed . At this point we would rather have a refund of our money and not be bothered.

We stayed for 5 days. I reserved the cabin online and when we got there to check in we received keys to the wrong cabin (a king size bed for 5 people) so we returned and received the correct cabin. Very nice and spacious and would defintely stay there again. However there were several "members" who were having a lot of the same trouble checking in. The place was over booked and they could not get a room. However the cabin right next to ours was vacant the whole time. I am not a gambler so I would like to stay there again but I'm not sure I could trust that process would go that smooth. By the way the free breaksfast...madhouse!! Skip it. Also we had to do our own laundry if we wanted clean towels, kind of a bummer since you are on vacation! Last thing I want to do is laundry.

Westgate Branson Woods is a nice hotel in an easily accessible location to the rest of Branson. Upon arrival to the resort, we were confirmed at the front gate and directed to the registration building. Check in was pleasant and all guest services employees were very polite. We were allowed to check in before check in time, even though we visited on a very busy weekend. The mulitple hotel buildings have front door parking which was a plus. Pleasant woods-like environment. The only complaint were the hard beds, which is expected in most hotels in this price range. Would definitely stay again though.
