We arrived a little early at THE WOODS and was instructed to come back later, our cabin wasn't ready. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. Returned at 4 pm. There were two people at the counter very upset due to incorrect room assignments. When we finally got to the counter, we were told no cabin available. Were told the reservation center made an error. Showed them the printed confirmation which was correct. They asked me to wait and speak to their supervisor which called the reservation center. Once again the center confirmed everything was correct, THE WOODS over booked. We ended up staying in their hotel which is nothing to brag about. No room to move around, just a regular old hotel with a premium price. When we went to check out a couple of days later and the same thing was happening again to several guests trying to check in. They were told the reservation center made mistakes. After waiting several minutes again, I took the key cards to the supervisors office and turned them in. I will never visit or recommend them again.

the only thing i wasn't so excited about was the 10 am check out. i felt kind of rushed that morning

The room was so small we could hardly pass eachother on any side of the king sized bed. Luggage had to be placed in the way.Otherwise, it is in a great location. Close enough to the attractions, but out of the congested area.

Beautiful place! We stayed in a room, it was alright but you could hear the construction outside and people in other rooms. Someone kept trying to come in through the door between the two rooms. If you are not an owner your service will not be helpful.

We stayed in a two-bedroom lockoff unit that was huge. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and modern. The resort amenities were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the shuffleboard, volleyball, and pools!
