Went for 1day conference but stayed additional days. Beautiful hotel during quiet time of Branson. We loved the visit, very friendly staff and nice room. Kids would love the movie theatre and playscape. Great sweet shop but the deli wasn't open due to time of year. Loved that the pool was open to adults after 10pm for adults only. The food was great, breakfast, dinner and in conference rooms. Very friendly cleaning staff. Great breds.
Our only negatives while there: (1) sleep button on remote didn't work (2) labeled knob for TV in bathroom didn't work but no problem didn't need it (3) at reservation I had talked to some people several times and had names but upon checkin they said no such person worked there and did not have the king I had requested because said we went thru an online travel agency, but we went thru American Express to book yet I kept talking and she knew what I was saying was accurate so said that they had one king left cuz someone didn't want a king (we know why) so we took it but it had no balcony, looked over the kitchen and on first day found out we could not leave the sliding door open due to their cooking but it did have a wonderful morning view of the sun coming up so we stayed in the room since we weren't there to spend time in the room anyway (4) the bar closes way to early for those who go to a show at night and come back and want to have a drink afterwards so we learned to go to Walmart and buy our own liquor and just sit outside watching the moon. We plan to stay here again soon but want a room with a balcony.

My husband and I have been stayin at the Chateau about twice a year for four years now. We wouldn't even think of going anywhere else! I like not being in town amongst all the crazy traffic and people. It is such a quiet and relaxing place to retreat after a long day of shopping and shows.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau overall. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We had a dinner meal there and the service was very good. The service at breakfast was lacking and we felt it was overpriced.
Would definitely stay again!!

Great food, nice rooms, nice facilities. For Branson, it's probably a very nice place. Compared to places we've stayed in Florida/California, etc. it doesn't really compare. The rooms are nice, but it felt like a remodeled Holiday Inn. However, the "remodel" job was done well and it's an above average place to stay. The conceige service was sub-par. There was rarely anyone there to assist and when we asked how to get to a popular restaurant, the person behind the desk had never heard of the restaurant. Overall though, it's a nice place to stay and a relaxing getaway.
