- Ruidoso NM is a small town nestled in the Sacramento Mountains adjacent to the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation. It is a town of variety and activity, an eclectic mix of New Mexican, Indian, American, and German culture. A place that truly has a little bit of flavor for everyone.
