Club Andaman Beach Resort

We stayed in the Lotus Village. We informed the hotel that we were honeymooners, and when we arrived, our bed was decorated in Rose Petals. It was lovely!

The room itself was quite spacious, it had air-conditioning, and a fan inside the room. The only thing we were concerned with were the mosquitoes around the villa—there were plenty, especially at night. They did provide these burner thingies to keep the mosquitoes away.

We ordered room service on the first night that we were there, and the food was pretty good and tasty. The rooms came with a mini bar, and complimentary water each day.

The TV was standard, and the channels that were provided were quite decent. Cable channels with the normal English speaking shows such as National Geographic and the news channels. There was also some local television.

The breakfast that was included in the cost, was quite good. There were lots of variety from Western to Eastern types of food, catering for all.

The resort had two swimming pools. A deeper pool and a shallower one. There were also free activities that people could join. We found that the pool itself was fabulous. We had a great time lounging in the pool area. It was kept clean and the staff were friendly.

The resort location was very convenient to us. It was close to the main strip (about a 10 minute walk) but far away from the strip to keep the noise out. We were on one end of the main beach road. The good thing was, once you crossed the road, the beach was there. There were many beach chairs (however these needed to be hired).

Overall, i would definitely stay here again. For the value that you pay for the room and the location, it was great.

We like the Club Andaman. It is near the beach but also near nightlife. Rooms are very comfortable, the price is reasonable, and the service is very pleasant.
