The hotel staff was pleasant. My only problem was that the tub did not have a slip-proof mat and the tub was very slippery. I called the front desk and the attendant went to check a couple of other rooms. She said that they did not have a mat either. I never checked with the housekeeping staff, but it seemed odd that there wasn't a mat for the tub.

15 minute drive to the falls was the only somewhat downside of our stay here. Breakfast was continental but sufficient... staff was very helpful...pool was perfect...rooms were clean and comfortable. Located near a great ice cream place called DeDee's!
For the money, this place is hard to beat and we would return!
Worst Room EVER!!

First of all, the sheets were stained and the blankets needed washing. I believe that there was bodily fluids on them. The sink was clogged and the water pressure in the shower was close to non-existing!! The hotel towels were as rough as sand paper and I found long dark hairs on them. At best, my son enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Thanks

I read the reviews before booking and was somewhat apprehensive. From the time we walked through the front door everything was great. The front desk lady was friendly, answered questions and got us checked in with the travel booking paperwork very speedily. The room was very clean, quiet and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Close to Falls, Shopping (Outlet Mall 2 Miles), Restaurants (Open & Deliver Late); Lots to do at great prices. Friendly/Helpful staff. Best kept secret in this area. 3 Unadvertised Jacuzzi Suites are FABULOUS!! Roomy & Great for Family. Despite Gold Crown Club Points not being submitted, this is an ongoing Problem at nearly ALL Best Western Hotels. As for needing updating, don't most Best Western Hotels???
