Very Poor Hotel

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel Dec 28-29. When we entered the hotel the staff was friendly and had warm welcome. We then went to our room. The room was very spacious and warm. There was a gross stain on the bed sheet. The bathroom and room smelled like urine. We went to the front desk to complain about this and they fixed this problem. Also the whole hotel smelled like urine. We could hear our neighbours talking and tv, and could only imagine they could hear us. Room service did not come by to clean our room at all. The sidewalks were icey which posed a potential danger. When we decided to stay another night, I found out that I had been charged again without knowing. Our keycards stopped working. I went to the front desk to complain about this and no one was around. When i did find someone to fix the problem they said that the cards had not been updated. All in all i would say avoid this hotel, im surprised its still in business.
