Immensely Disappointed

My husband and I have experienced many inns/spas. We were soooooo very disappointed with the Crowne Pointe/Provincetown. It was made clear to us when we booked the executive suite that it was the last room available. We did understand this, however, what we didn't expect was a small suite with worn sitting furniture, walls needing to be painted and worn rugs. Not to mention killing a few ants on the wall. We went into the spa to check it out on Friday afternoon. The pictures on the web are a wonderful compliment, but not quite what you'll find. The lounge area they speak of has a few thin matted lounge chairs with stained cushions. Not welcoming ! They were sooooooo booked in the spa that the only service they could accomodate us with was one massage @4:30 and my husband @ 6:30 on Friday. Nothing available Saturday. The person who checked us in, was very friendly, nice and welcoming. Other than this we have nothing good to review, although we did not get to experience the dining room as we checked out 1 hour after we checked in !!! One more positive thing was the check in area and dining area were very pretty.
Luxury on the tip of the cape

Excellent Inn with luxurious amenties, from the soft terry robes, to delicious breakfasts, to their wonderful spa. I would recommend the Crowne Point to all.
