Spa Weekend

I just returned from Provincetown, Cape Cod. We stayed at the Crowne Pointe Inn & Spa, and all I can say is WOW!! From the minute you arrive until you leave, these people really pamper you. Included with your room rate is a full hot gourmet breakfast and a wine-and-cheese social. The room was spotless and the service exceptional. We ate at the restaurant, and it was divine. The on-site spa is a pleasure, with a steam room, mineral soaking tub, sauna, and great healthy treatments. I have stayed at tons of hotels and inns, and this place is one of the best places I have ever stayed.

A secret amongst the locals, this great restaurant overlooks the town of Provincetown. Most of the restaurants in the town are packed and hurry you through your meal. We were told by some local people that the restaurant at Crowne Pointe does not rush patrons, and they don't. The restaurant is set in a restored mansion, and the food and service is great and the wine list is extensive. You can sit and dine, enjoy a glass of wine, and look out over the town and have a bird’s eye view of the famous Pilgrim Monument. The menu is healthy and the seafood is delivered fresh off the local fishing boats every afternoon. This is a must-visit if you are visiting Provincetown or Cape Cod. They have plenty of free parking. Make reservations.

I just returned from Provincetown and the Crowne Pointe Inn & Spa. We just relaxed in the spa and by the pool the whole weekend. The Inn is steps away from shopping and fine dining. It's a must for any Cape Cod visitor.
