Sleep in the rooms of artists

We spent the night in one of the lovely rooms at Casas De Suenos or House of dreams. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who while walking us to our room told us the history of this wonderful find. As we walked across the beautiful grounds she shared with us that this was once an artist's retreat where people like Georgia O'Keeffe would come to paint. The room was spacious, clean with south west warmth in it's decor. Beds were comfortable. In the morning we were treated to a full breakfast, choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, pastries not just day old bagels like some free breakfasts. The location is within walking distance of Old Town. Delightful, fun place to stay. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very accomodating . The rooms have character and are attractively decorated as is the lobby and breakfast room. It was quite cold so we did not get to enjoy the garden, but we look nforward to returning during warmer weather.

We had a wonderful time. We stayed in the La Miradora and it was great. Breakfast was fast and friendly every day.

I have stayed here on several occasions and it keeps getting better. Great rooms, incredible gardens, amenties are perfect, private, peaceful, great location for anywhere in Albuquerque. Kids and wife love the zoo, mucsem, old town and downtown. I love the quiteness, breakfasts are awesome and the beautiful grounds. I have actually had clients met me there for meetings in the gardens. Seems to be a popular place for weddings and a beautiful one was held while we were there.

I loved this new B&B, an old artist studio which is being restored. Rooms are large and charming. Sweet little breakfast room overlooks a great garden. Close to Old Town on a quiet street. Not great (yet) for the business traveler.
