The first bad experience with a best western hotel

Excellent situation especially with kids, near to the space needle and the monorail. Check-in with a reservation problem, no room with space needle view available, not a big deal they gave us a room on the other side of the hotel. The wifi connection is excellent but the faucit of the shower doen't work, the beds are ready to be changed for news one ! And they charge 15$ per day for the car parking. Not horrible but not worth 165$/night...

Dirty rooms

The rooms were old with stains on the carpet. We put the comforters upside down on the floor so our 1 year old could crawl around the floor. The entrance is new and clean but the room was a dissapointment. The location was great especially if you have kid(s).

Will stay somewhere else next time.

"The hotel is in a quiet location. A great location for walking to various places in seattle. Customer service was poor, parking was 5.00 a night and, the complimentry hotel bus was never available. Was told by front desk people it was not available at various times throughout the day. They told us to ride the monorail. The rooms were okay for price. Quiet, except for the snoring guy next door. What was said in the advertisement is not what we got. Next time will stay somewhere else."

Everything was about as good as it gets at this price. The bed was good, and the room was pretty quiet because its off of the main drag. And they dont charge you for parking like some of the other seattle hotels.

Be Prepared

Bad start to this stay. The driver called for me by the hotel included his tip in the fare from the airport, would not take a credit card, did not help with my bags - it was awful. The desk clerk was busy and not compassionate. The room was clean and spacious and the property is well kept. Impressive amenities dispensers in the bathroom area. Great location for walking to some of Seattle's main features. I'd recommend the property based on my Overall experience...but call a taxi - you'll pay less - and you'll get help with your bags!
