It was a good size suite. Comfortable beds, sleeper sofa was not quite as comfortable. Nice workout facilities. Room was clean.

My husband and I stayed three wonderful nights at the Hilton Suites--Chicago...We could not have been more pleased...From the express check-in, room upgrade to Lakeview King room to the excellent concierage service..We were very pleased with the service provided.
The hotel is in an EXCELLENT LOCATION, walking distance to the fabulous magnificent mile shopping and a couple of blocks from the outstanding restaurants of Rush Street.
Our concierage lady was outstanding and provided us with dinner and tour reservations as well as coupon books.
The hotel suites are large, spacious and very clean...
We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Chicago.
We will be back!!

My best hotel experience ever. Beautiful suite, friendly and helpful staff, everything was perfect right down to the pillows, the very best. I could have stayed forever. Thanks Hilton.
Great Location

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. The location was great (right next to Water Tower Place and the Hancock Center). The room was very nice and included a small living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living room had a flat panel TV. Parking is $50 + tip (it's a valet service), which is ridiculous, so I parked in the Hancock Center parking garage, which was $34 for up to 24 hours.
Overall, a very good experience and considering it was one of the less expensive options, it was an incredible value (under $ for the night).

In Chicago to see Jersey Boys, sightsee, and shop. Hilton staff very accomodating and helpful. Had a great time.
