$18.00 to park even if you are a guest!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on a trip to Seattle to see the Mariners. They charged us $18.00 for parking (which is more than we paid downtown) and we had to walk for about twenty minutes from the parking garage to the hotel! The hotel is a complete maze. We will never stay here again. We stayed at the Radisson, which is right next door, and didn't have to pay for parking and the rooms were great. This hotel was a disappointment and the girl at the front desk was not very helpful when we checked in.

Hilton?

Stayed at the airport Hilton for one night, not impressed. Wallpaper hanging loose in the halls, very few electrical outlets in the room, mold on the ceiling in the shower, carpet unraveling in spots, faucet loose at sink. I have not stayed in a Hilton for a few years, but I can tell you there are many Comfort Inns, and Holiday Inns that greatly surpass this Hilton, especially with their nickel and dime you to death attitude, $4. for bottled water in the room, $9.95 for internet. Doesn't seem like a Hilton to me!

Hilton name but no Hilton Quality

No need for you to forget that room key to open the exterior doors to the hallways leading to the rooms, the security locks were never on during our stay. Room service trays were in the hallway, never picked up. The bathroom was too small for even a petite person like myself. Giving my toddler a bath was a chore in a half, I had to dry him off in the room due to we both did not fit in the bathroom with the door shut. Forget about calling the front desk, I called down at 4pm to get a new remote for the TV ( due to the one in the room did not work) Waited all night for them to bring one like they said they would, never came. The room was too hot, never mind the tacky hand written note on the thermostat that read " Do Not Touch ". Would highly not recommend, worst stay ever in a Hilton Hotel.

Great location, especially if you have to get on an early morning flight. Friendly staff, hotel grounds and rooms clean. The shuttle service was great.

Not Your Average Airport Hotel!

Arriving in US, the airport driver & hotel staff made us feel like welcomed guests. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave. The in-room coffee (pods) was better than most chains. Had a good but over-priced lunch. After dinner (elsewhere) it was time for a good night sleep on the Serenity (Hilton's bed)! Next morning @ 0745, our driver took us to Pike Place Market while kitty stayed behind;free to rest/roam about the room. No pet smell in room, either. Pool/hot tub, lobby w/fireplace were cozy. The restaurant is convenient but not great for familes traveling for an extended time.
