The hotel appearance in general is pretty. The pool area is very nice with lots of lounge chairs, the water is clean, without overpowering chlorine and just the right temperature, and the hot tub is large. However, look close and be careful where you walk. There were dirty band aides and cigarette butts on tables and on the ground. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. There were also cigarette butts along pathways to the pool area. I guess the non-smoking areas rule is not well enforced. Also there was small food service items left on the table when we got there, and still there the next day when we left. I love the lounge chairs and lots of towels, but they did run out.
The staff are very friendly but don't seem well informed. The TVs don't all work and you might get moved out of your room after you get there. There are lots of kid friendly movies available.
The doors on the bathrooms in your room, don't close all the way and have no locks, they are loose sliding doors. We did find the beds very comfy, with lots of pillows. But...we asked for 2 king sized beds and got 2 queens. I honestly think either they don't know the difference or think we don't.
Don't bother eating at the restaurant if you can help it, overpriced and mediocre food, and if you are from the NW, don't drink the coffee, unless you buy it at the Starbucks stand. I heard good things about the pizza served at the pool though!!
