Very friendly, pay the extra and get a room facing the river, awsome. Not to far off the beaten path,walking distance to shops,food and entertainment.

The hotel is an older one and certain area's show it's age, BUT...it's very, very comfortable and it's so close to the strip that we never moved our car for 3 days, BIG PLUS!!!
Views of river are excellent, deck is nice & the hotel is QUIET. Bar was only open Friday & Saturday Eve but was BIG FUN. B is the Manager/Receptionist & the Bar Manager, she's nice, fun & honest and well informed about everything "Dells".
There is no outdoor pool or on-site restaurant, but that's a small price for fun & value.(we ordered pizza on the deck & watched the sunset)

Best Hotel Ever!!

We (me, my husband and our daughter) came to Wisconsin Dells for the 4th of July weekend. My husband stayed at this hotel before, but for me & my daughter it was the first time. All I can say is: WE LOVED IT!!!!
The hotel is clean and very well taken care of, the service is great, everyone is very polite, the view is beautiful! It's located near downtown Wisconsin Dells and with a 1 year old that's a good thing!
We stayed in a comfortable, spacious, sunny room on the 4th floor.
We enjoyed a dip in the outdoor as well as the indoor pool. Also loved the jacuzzi. There's also a beautiful riverview deck where you can comfortably relax.
I've been to Wisconsin Dells quite a few times and I have to say this is the best hotel I ever stayed in!
I or should I say we highly recommend it!!

I picked this hotel based on it's downtown location and price. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great value and the view of the river is just as spectactular as the other reviews said it would be. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful pool and hut tub. We will be definitely return to this hotel and can't wait to enjoy the pool.

i would just stay off season, great view and close to downtown. would NOT pay the summer rates for these rooms. will go again tho on the off season. just need to be a little bit more friendly at the desk and SMILE>
