Description
Located in Wailuku, the county seat and possibly the most unattractive city on the island, this restaurant is easy to miss, even when you are actively seeking it. Keep looking though, because despite the uninspired name of the place, the cuisine it is worth the trip. It is a local favorite, serving an extensive menu of Vietnamese favorites for very low prices. There is a good seafood and vegetarian selection. The Vietnamese burritos are crunchy and flavorful. Shrimp sticks and summer rolls are low fat, cost less than USD7, and taste divine.
