At first impression, it was ok enough except for the bathroom which was tiny and impossible for two people to be in there together at the same time. We got to the hotel pretty late from our flight and were ready to just sleep. While I was brushing my teeth in the bathroom, a roach scurried by on the mirrored wall. I screamed and my husband came and tried to kill it. It fell behind the mirror and since it was late, we decided to complain about it the next morning at the front desk. The front desk guy we spoke to didn't seem to care and really didn't have anything to say about this incident. I had to suggest to him whether they could have someone come and spray our room which to that he replied, "Oh... yeah, I was going to call them for that right now." Basically, his attitude was "so what", and it made us feel pretty bad about our situation and us choosing this hotel. We've stayed in many hotels/motels before and this was the first time we ever saw a roach in our room. After coming back from our activities late and getting ready to sleep, I saw a roach again in the bathroom. This time I was furious and called the front desk right away. The night manager was really concerned with my issue, upgraded and moved us to a different room. He came up to our room, talked to us and saw the issue and helped us move to the new room which was across the hall. His concern and prompt actions for our issue really changed our mind about the hotel. Unfortunately, even in our new room, we encountered a roach everyday of our stay. Every time an incident like this happened, we talked to the front desk and they had their in-house staff and outside professionals come in to spray our room. After seeing so many, we were concerned about bringing them home with us. We also thought that we would never come back to this hotel. But the staff was extremely accommodating about this situation. This is a standard hotel, with reasonable rates for anyone looking to do more than just hang out at the hotel all day because the hotel does not have much to offer in terms of entertainment/ vacation luxuries.

For the price, this hotel was fine. A big party one PM went on til wee hours. We were there on Presidents Day, so maybe that was why. But I go to hotels to sleep, not listen to loud music til midnight.

Nice hotel and location! Across the street from beach. Nice pool and restaurant by pool. Walking distance to stores and dining. Rooms were big and nice! Would definitely go back, Maui is amazing!!!

Very nice hotel - I'd call it a sleeper - close to the beach and shopping. Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Would stay here again and recommend to a friend.
